Extremely pleasant units with clean equipped bathroom, and the staff were fabulously helpful. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a washing machine were available too.

Spotless rooms with adequate storage available. Great facilities. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location close enough to shops, restaurants and restaurant in the hameau la Lay, could not be better. Nearby La Casa Roca - great place to chill out.

The setting was stunning, not far from restaurant in the hameau la Lay, grocery shop and Notre Dame de la Gorge. We only slept at the guest room with adequate storage, but enjoyed it. The staff were professional and exceptionally helpful, and the free parking was available.

Had such a great stay for the second night. Incredibly comfortable units with a clean, equipped bathroom. the staff were amiable. the hotel was near to the centre of the village, the ski lift, and grocery shop.

No complaints, overall absolutely fantastic place.

I enjoyed my really comfortable second-night stay. the location is marvelous, right by a grocery store and restaurants. - Eglise Notre Dame de la Gorge is approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, which was convenient.

The room here was very clean, cozy, and offered a great view from the window, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

Loved the relaxing jacuzzi and sauna. Delicious food. Convenient location for TMB trail. Staff went above and beyond. Lovely and patient front desk staff.

I also appreciated the bar in the hotel, where I could enjoy a drink without having to leave the premises. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was well-equipped. Additionally, the staff was kind and helpful over the phone before our arrival. I had a delightful experience at Chalet-Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main ski lift. Hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist.
